  • We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the website and answer your enquiries.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (the "host"). The host processes data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

When you visit the website, the server automatically collects information in so-called server log files, transmitted by your browser:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • requested page or file and volume of data transferred
  • browser type and version, operating system
  • referrer URL (previously visited page)

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technical provision, stability and security of the website (e.g. defence against attacks). Log files are deleted automatically by the host in line with its standard retention periods.

4. Contact form and contact by email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, content of the message) solely to handle and answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The message is delivered to our mailbox by email. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise. Your data is not passed on to third parties.

Protection against abuse (spam protection)

To protect the form against automated abuse we use cookie-free technical measures: a time-limited, cryptographically signed form token, a control field invisible to humans (a "honeypot"), and a limit on the number of submissions. As part of this, your IP address is briefly processed in pseudonymised form (as a hash) and is not stored in plain text. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security of our systems).

5. TLS/SSL encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses TLS encryption ("https"). Data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties while encryption is active.

6. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — with the authority responsible for us in Cyprus (Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Nicosia, dataprotection.gov.cy) or with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.

7. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
